By installing or using AutoEdge (the "App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
AutoEdge helps you estimate the value of used vehicles, look up market comps, and track service history. The App computes estimates from public data sources (NHTSA vPIC, Auto.dev, eBay) and from the evaluation inputs you provide. Estimates are provided "as is" with no warranty of accuracy and should not be relied on as the sole basis for a purchase decision.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, or illegal activity.

The App, its UI, brand marks, and underlying code are owned by James Byland. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for its intended purpose. Vehicle data returned from third-party sources (NHTSA, Auto.dev, eBay) remains governed by their respective licences.
THE APP AND ALL ESTIMATES, MARKET COMPS, AND REPAIR-COST FIGURES IT PRODUCES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JAMES BYLAND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
We may update the App and these Terms over time. Material changes will be surfaced inside the App. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent applicable. Where consumer protection laws require a specific forum, that forum controls.
