Delete your account

You can delete your AutoEdge account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this.

01From inside the App (fastest, ~1 minute)

1. Open AutoEdge and sign in.
2. Tap Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Tap Continue on the first warning, then Delete forever on the second.

Deletion is immediate. Your account, vehicle evaluations, service log entries, settings, subscription entitlement, and usage counter are all removed within seconds. You'll be returned to the sign-in screen.

02Without installing the App

If you no longer have AutoEdge installed (or never did) and want your data removed, email us:

We process out-of-app deletion requests within 30 days. Most are handled in 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.

03What gets deleted

• Your users row (Google sub, email, name, picture, locale, created_at, last_seen_at)
• Every vehicle history entry you created
• Every service log entry you created
• Your saved settings (margin, ZIP, radius, service-log opt-in, default labor rate)
• Your subscription entitlement record
• Your free-tier usage counter
• The link between you and any redeemed promo codes (the promo code record itself is retained anonymously so the code cannot be re-redeemed)

04What is NOT affected

• An active Google Play subscription. To cancel a paid subscription you must use the Google Play subscriptions page separately. Deleting your account does not refund prior charges, but you will not be billed again.
• Anonymous Cloudflare request logs (IP address, request URL, timestamp) retained on Cloudflare's schedule. These cannot be associated with you after account deletion.
